Ingredients
- •4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 6 oz each)

- •0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

- •0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- •1 cup heavy cream (minimum 36% fat)
- •0.25 cup chicken broth
- •0.25 cup dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- •1 tbsp double-concentrated tomato paste
- •0.5 tbsp cornstarch
- •0.5 tsp dried oregano
- •2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- •0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- •0.33 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained and roughly chopped)
- •0.33 cup freshly grated Parmesan (from a block)
- •0.25 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
