- •0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- •1 cup whole milk
- •0.5 cup heavy cream
- •4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (cooked and shredded or 2 cups rotisserie chicken)

In a large stockpot or Dutch oven set over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
