- •8 ounces cream cheese (full-fat, room temperature)
- •8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- •1 cup heavy whipping cream (high-fat)
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)
- •1 cup powdered sugar
- •1 ounce dark chocolate (for shavings)
- •2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened, for dusting)

In a shallow bowl, combine cold brew concentrate with sugar until dissolved.
