Ingredients

- •2 tbsp tomato paste
- •1 cup beef broth (1/4 cup)
- •1 tbsp taco seasoning
- •4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
- •1.5 cups bright orange cheddar cheese
- •1.5 cups white Monterey Jack cheese
- •1 tbsp vegetable oil
- •2 tbsp fresh green cilantro (finely chopped)
- •1 cup smooth white sour cream (for dipping)
