
Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders

These Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders combine the comfort of a classic cheeseburger with the convenience of a shareable slider format. Packed with flavorful seasoned ground beef, sharp cheddar cheese, and tangy dill pickles, all nestled in soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls, they are brushed with a savory butter topping that elevates every bite. Ingredients
- •1 lb lean ground beef (85/15 recommended)
- •0.5 cup yellow onion (finely diced)
- •1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- •0.5 tsp garlic powder
- •0.5 tsp salt
- •0.25 tsp black pepper
- •12 count Hawaiian sweet rolls
- •8 slices cheddar cheese
- •0.25 cup dill pickle slices
- •0.25 cup salted butter (melted)
- •1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- •1 tsp poppy seeds
- •0.5 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Without separating, slice the slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.

Place the bottom half in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Evenly layer with the ground beef mixture, pickle slices, and cheddar cheese slices.

Place the top half of the rolls back on.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
