
Homemade Mac and Cheese: Creamy, Luxurious Comfort Food

Homemade mac and cheese is a beloved dish that combines perfectly cooked pasta with a velvety cheese sauce. This recipe elevates traditional comfort food with a blend of cheeses, creating a rich and smooth texture. Ingredients

- •3 cups whole milk (warmed)
- •1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

- •1 4 smoked paprika (adds depth)
- •1 4 garlic powder (optional)
- •4 cups shredded cheese blend (mix of sharp cheddar and Gruyère recommended)
- •1 2 panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
- •2 tablespoons melted butter
- •1 pinch paprika
