- •1 cup seasoned panko crumbs
- •0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- •1 tsp. onion powder
- •1 tsp. kosher salt
- •1 tsp. black pepper
- •0.5 tsp. paprika
- •5 Tbsp. butter
- •4 cloves garlic (minced)
- •2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- •0.25 tsp. red pepper flakes (add to your liking)
- •1 cup sundried tomatoes (in oil, drained and roughly chopped)
- •0.25 cup white cooking wine
- •1.5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- •1 cup heavy cream
- •0.67 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- •fresh basil (for garnish, julienned if desired)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
