Ingredients
- •1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)
- •1 small yellow onion (finely chopped)
- •2 cloves garlic (minced)
- •1 tbsp taco seasoning
- •8 small soft flour tortillas
- •0.5 cup Big Mac sauce (homemade)
- •1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- •1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- •0.5 cup dill pickles (sliced thin)
- •1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Big Mac Sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside in the fridge.
- 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
- 3
Add the minced garlic in the last minute of cooking for a fresh flavor.
- 4
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef mixture. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 5
While the beef finishes, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or wrap them in foil and heat in the oven.
- 6
Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of beef mixture onto each tortilla, topping with shredded lettuce, Big Mac sauce, cheddar cheese, and pickles.
- 7
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
