Ingredients
- •10 slices thick cut bread (I used Texas Toast)
- •1 cup whipping cream (1-2 cups)
- •2 large eggs (beaten)

- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •1 pinch salt
- •0.5 cup butter
- •0.5 cup brown sugar
- •0.25 cup whipping cream

- •2 medium bananas (cut into round slices)

Combine all of the ingredients for the French toast except for the bread, and mix well.

Submerge each slice of bread in the mix, turning it over to ensure the other side is covered.

Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the toast, one side at a time until slightly browned.

Set the cooked toast aside.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat for the Bananas Foster.
